Selling property involves strict legal disclosure requirements and careful coordination between agents, buyers and lenders. Our role is to ensure your contract is prepared correctly and that the sale proceeds smoothly through to settlement.

Our sale conveyancing service includes:
Preparation of the Contract for Sale of Land
Ordering all mandatory sale documents and certificates
Reviewing title and preparing disclosure documents
Liaising with your real estate agent
Negotiating contract amendments and special conditions
Managing exchange of contracts
Responding to purchaser enquiries and requisitions
Preparing settlement adjustments and figures
Electronic settlement via PEXA
Discharge of mortgage coordination with your lender
Finalising settlement and completion of the sale

No Settlement? No Full Fee.
We only charge our full professional fee if your sale settles.
If your sale does not proceed after we've commenced work, a $650 engagement fee applies to cover the work completed up to that point.
Any third-party disbursements incurred on your behalf, such as searches or certificates, remain payable

Disbursements are third-party costs charged by government authorities and service providers for searches, certificates and settlement fees.
We do not mark up disbursements. They are charged at cost only.
Indicative disbursement estimate:
Approximately $350 – $600
This typically includes items such as:
Title search
Council (10.7) certificate
Sewer diagram
Contract preparation searches
PEXA settlement fee
These figures are estimates only. If a matter requires additional searches or there is a significant change affecting costs, we will provide an updated disclosure as soon as reasonably practicable.
