At Key & Quill Conveyancing, we guide you through the process from contract review all the way to settlement, ensuring you understand what you are signing and that your interests are protected at every stage.

Our purchase conveyancing service includes:
Review of the Contract of Sale and vendor disclosure documents
Up to two contract reviews prior to exchange
Written advice on contract terms and potential risks
Ordering and reviewing relevant searches
Liaising with your lender or mortgage broker
Preparing and attending to exchange of contracts
Managing requisitions and enquiries with the vendor’s conveyancer/solicitor
Preparing settlement figures and adjustments
Electronic settlement via PEXA
Registration of transfer and mortgage documentation
Guidance and support throughout the entire transaction

Additional reviews: $150 each
If you proceed with the purchase of a property we reviewed, the additional review fee will be credited toward your conveyancing fee.

Our professional fee does not include disbursements.
Disbursements are third-party costs charged by government authorities and service providers for searches, certificates and settlement fees.
We do not mark up disbursements. They are charged at cost only.

Council (10.7) certificate
Sewer diagram
Land tax search
PEXA settlement fee

These figures are estimates only. If a matter requires additional searches or there is a significant change affecting costs, we will provide an updated disclosure as soon as reasonably practicable.
